"Filton"
A Japanese eyewear brand that launched in earnest in 2022. The brand name is a combination of the French words Fil (thread) and Bouton (button).
As the name suggests, this is an eyewear brand that incorporates various artistic techniques, such as collaging different elements (sewing needles, buttons, zippers, etc.). It expresses a unique worldview with dynamic designs seen in cell frames and delicate designs with zipper motifs seen in metal frames. In addition, the designer himself has a deep knowledge of eyeglass production, and the glasses are also characterized by their high quality.
"JEAN PHILIPPE JOLY"
An eyewear brand named after the designer who launched it in 2014.
Inspired by his passion to create something unique and individual, Jean-Philippe Joly began his eyewear business in his hometown of Paris in 1999. All new styles are designed and developed by Jean-Philippe Joly in his own workshop.
The most distinctive feature of these glasses is the thick frame design. The colorful acetate used makes the glasses thick and solid, but not too heavy.
This time, the two companies are collaborating across national boundaries.
The design by JEAN PHILIPPE JOLY was created by Filton, resulting in high-design, high-quality eyewear.
