We ship internationally via Japan Post EMS.

Prescription Lenses
Due to regulations in some countries, we are unable to ship prescription lenses internationally.
As a general rule, only frames can be shipped outside Japan.
Customs Duties
Any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please pay these directly to the shipping company or customs office.
Regulations vary by country, so please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
We also recommend confirming that the item is not prohibited or restricted in your country before ordering.
Please note that if the package is not delivered due to import restrictions, we will not issue a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders.
This includes cases where the item cannot be received due to import restrictions in the destination country.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item is damaged or partially lost upon arrival, please retain all packaging and contents as-is and file a damage report with your local post office.
An official investigation will be conducted, and if the damage is confirmed, compensation procedures will be carried out accordingly.
